In order for your trip to go smoothly, there are a couple of things you need to tell us before you get here...

Our Booking Manager should send you a copy of the Booking Form. If you lose it, or don't receive one, please download another copy here in PDF format OR here in Microsoft Word format. (Please right-click on the link and select "save target as...")

Please fax the Booking Form to us on: +27 (0)86 216 6895. Please don't forget to add your international access code (for example, 00 for most countries in Europe instead of the + ).


Please note the following:

1.     All facilities provided are used at our guests' own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any damages or claims arising from an accident, injury or loss occurring on the premises.

2.     You will be provided with a set of keys with a security access disk and a remote control. A minimum fee of R750 per set will be charged in the event of it being lost, stolen, mislaid or not returned.

3.     We kindly request you not to use the towels for removing make-up or cleaning shoes - a replacement fee will be charged for damaged items.

4.     Please note that no smoking is allowed inside the apartment.

5.     The apartments will be serviced on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays for short stays. Daily service and service on week-ends will be available at an additional charge of R250.00 per service.

6.     Check-in time is Between 14h00 and 18h00. Earlier arrivals will only be possible if the apartment has not been in use the night before. Later arrivals MUST be arranged in advance, to ensure that there is someone available after hours to meet you. Please arrange in advance. We regret to tell but NO check in after 20h00.

7.     Check-out Not later than 10h00 as our cleaning team needs to get through all the apartments by 14h00 for the next check-ins. It may be possible, with prior arrangement, to leave your luggage in the unit until 15h00 at the latest.
Departure after 12:00 is charged at full day tariff.

8.     Each apartment has a full inventory list and all items are checked on departure. Please note that you will be charged for all damaged or missing items.

9.     We reserve the right to move bookings to another suitable apartment in the event of the first apartment becoming unavailable due to maintenance requirements, a longer or more suitable booking being accepted for that particular unit or for any other unforeseen reason.

10.     Please note our minimum stay periods of 5 nights during High Season (Oct - April) and 3 nights during Low Season (May - Sep)
